All residents on Central Hill will now have received a letter announcing the Council's intention to select Mace as the Development Management Team. Mace, as the Development Management Team, will work with residents to produce a plan for the new estate which can be submitted to planning for approval.Read more

Major boost to councils plans to build more and #Better Homes as plans to build 64 new given the green light
Last night planning permission was granted for 64 new council rent homes to be built as part of the first phase of our ambitious plans to rebuild part of the Westbury estate. The plans will provide better homes for current residents and more homes for those currently on our housing waiting list.
Last week the Cressingham Gardens Design Team hosted launch events at the Hub and around the estate.Read more
