On Saturday we were joined by 17 residents who braved the cold to show us around Fenwick Estate.
At the start of projects architects often do site walkarounds to understand the important qualities of the existing space but as residents know the estate better than anyone we wanted this activity to be led by resident input
Last Saturday an exhibition was held of the three teams currently bidding to be the Development Management team for the estate. Over the day over 40 residents braved the cold and made their way to Heathbrook Primary School to meet and score the 3 short listed teams, Mott Macdonald, Pell Frischmann and Tibbalds.Read more
