The ninth newsletter by the Development Management Team has been produced for South Lambeth and is available to read here.
Happy New Year everyone! We hope that you had a restful time over the festive period.
As mentioned in the last newsletter we now have an engagement hub on the estate - 2 Broadstone House will soon be open for regular drop ins and events. We will start by using this on using this on a trial basis for 6 months and will publicise dates and times of drop in sessions and any events that are held here in the usual ways. We will continue to be available by email and phone too. Our first two drop ins at the hub will be held on:
Friday 20th January 10am - 12pm
Thursday 26th Janaury 3.00pm-6.30pm
This month we also have a masterplan exhibition for you to come and view the updated plans from the Fun Day in October. This will include the phasing of the building and I know that this will be important information for you, so we really hope to see you there. If you are unable to come you can pop in and see a summary of the exhibition in the hub at the drop in sessions to find out more.
In the meantime if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Happy New Year and welcome to 2017 to all. The tail end of 2016 saw us braving the cold to knock on doors and speak with residents just before the Christmas break. We had some really good conversations with more of you calling as well as speaking to us on the doorstep, seeking clarification about your options as a result of the estate regeneration.
There will be more meetings happening in the coming weeks, including the Residents Association,Resident Engagement Panel, Master-planning exhibition and some drop in sessions, all designed to provide you with a clear picture of what is happening, when and how. Please do come along or get in touch with myself or resident representative or Lambeth Council to stay informed and ask any questions. Over recent weeks we have found that a number of you were not fully aware of what options or help is available to you, so please do get in touch, no question is a bad one, just an unanswered one if you don’t ask.
