Housing needs assessment refresh for Broadstone House and Sturminster House:
In advance of our planned rebuilding of the South Lambeth Estate we wish to refresh the housing needs information that we currently hold for your household. This information is based on our previous assessment from early last year and may no longer be current. It is crucial that we hold up to date information so that we can ensure that we are building you a new home that meets your current needs.
At this time we are updating our assessments for residents in Broadstone House and Sturminster House since it is planned that you would move into our first phase of development, Block A located on Dorset Road. This phase of development is due to start in the spring 2019.
Residents living in the later phases will be assessed in future dates. By now you should have received a letter with a date, if the date on the letter is not suitable please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Contact by email CDaley-Ranger@lambeth.gov.uk or phone 0207 926 5039.
Homes for Lambeth Tenant and Resident Association (TRA):
As you should all now be aware, residents of the low rise blocks Broadstone, Osmington, Sturminster, Swanage, and Verwood House that choose to remain will in the future become Homes for Lambeth tenants and residents. In anticipation of this change we are keen to hear from existing residents that may be interested in setting up a Future Homes for Lambeth TRA. If you live in any of the low rise blocks and would like to get involved in the future running of your estate by Homes for Lambeth, please express your interest by email, phone or pop in to the Tuesday drop into see us.
Drop -in Sessions:
As usual we are still holding our weekly drop-ins at 2 Broadstone House on Tuesdays from 3.30-6.30pm.

The South Lambeth Estate Film Project will be running from late August through to early October.
The aim of the film to capture the estate before it is regenerated and to have residents tell their stories about the estate.
It will include introduction to film-making workshops, so you can learn new skills.
The footage collected during these will be included in a short film.
Residents are invited to share their stories and their own videos; there will be a call out for home videos soon!
Look out for posters and flyers on the estate.
If you want to be involved or want more information please contact Ella and Jessie on: firstname.lastname@example.org
