Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour
There have been some reports of crime and anti-social behaviour in the area recently. If you see this happening, it’s important to report it. Reporting helps the Police and Council respond to the problem and build up a picture of what, where and when this is happening so that the issue be tackled quickly. You don’t have to give your name and here is a reminder of who to contact about different issues.
Call 101 to report crime and other issues that do not require an emergency response. For example, if you suspect drug use or dealing in your neighbourhood. Textphone users can use 18001 101.
If something is happening that could lead to someone getting seriously hurt or property being damaged, please call 999 now. Text phone users use 18000.
For anti-social behaviour that is causing nuisance on the estate you can ring Lambeth Council on 020 7926 6000 or visit the housing office at 91 Kennington Lane, London SE11 4HQ.
Your Housing officer is Emmanuel Owoyemi; Email: EOwoyemi2@lambeth.gov.uk
You can also report this on the Lambeth website here.
Examples of issues that Lambeth Council can deal with include;
- Abandoned Vehicles
- Drug or Alcohol Related Nuisance
- Verbal Abuse
I am here to offer advice on any issues concerning your home or where you live – and it doesn’t have to be about the regeneration!
A weekly advice drop-in takes place every Tuesday from 3.30pm until 7pm at the community hub at no.2 Broadstone House and is attended by staff from Homes for Lambeth.
We are also scheduling monthly Saturday drop-ins for those who are unable to attend during the week. We will send leaflets to all residents on the South Lambeth estate with the date and time in due course.
As a reminder, you can contact me by phone or email if you have a query, or alternatively, I will visit you at your home on request. Please be assured that anything we discuss will be in confidence.
