South Lambeth estate master plan workshop

Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE) architects will work with residents to explain and discuss how masterplans develop and how it will achieve the South Lambeth Estate Masterplan Objectives.

Themes that will be looked at in the session will be :

  • what makes a safe and neighbourly place to live?
  • what is the new character for the regenerated estate and how will we create it?
  • how do we make sure the regeneration respects the surroundings - Dorset Road, Wimborne House, Albert Square?
  • what are the scale of the new buildings - the heights and the distances between?
  • how do we make sure that cars and roads do not take over?
