We presume this is the income that the Council will make when a shared equity homeowner sells their property. Why does the Council think that just after 1 year, if a homeowner sells their property, that the Council will received £547k income for only a 30% ownership share? Particularly in comparison that a 4-bedroom flat private sale has been valued at £862k’
The Council has provided details of the assumptions and summaries of the viability appraisals that have been undertaken. The Council is not going to release any further information on the viability analyses.
