When Refurbishment was costed out, it was a comprehensive estimate to bring all homes up to the Lambeth Housing Standard with the appropriate life spans of all new elements. Furthermore, the windows should have at least another 13-18 years subject Lambeth rectifying the poor installation during the weather-tight repairs. Please explain what is included in the additional £4m and provide a breakdown of the actual elements and their respective costs
The estimated £9.4m has been programmed into two phases of work.
