At the Resident Engagement Panel meeting on Wednesday 11th May, residents from Knight's Walk met some of the development management team who will be working with them on the partial redevelopment of Knight's Walk.
Tibbalds Campbell Reith JV were the residents' choice to work on the project following the exhibition before Christmas and the interviews held in January. Mae, who have worked on the scheme to date, will continue to be the project architects so there was a familiar face as Doug McIntosh refreshed everyone's memory on the partial redevelopment scheme that Cabinet approved last year.
Catherine from Make:Good, who will lead on resident and community engagement, talked through some of the activities that will take place this year and how people would like to be involved. We discussed the first newsletter and how meetings and visits are planned to help develop the Residents' Brief to help guide the detailed design of the new homes. The newsletter will be out soon and a copy of that and the programme up to making a planning application in the new year will be available here shortly.
