How does the Housing and Planning Bill impact on estate regeneration?

Answer
Posted by Paul Simpson 294sc on February 12, 2016

The Council is monitoring the progress of the Housing and Planning Bill. It is currently being debated in Parliament and House of Lords. At this stage it does not impact the process of consultation we are following. However, the Government proposes significant changes to Secure Council tenancies. As more information emerges we will review it to understand impacts on our residents.
