Last Saturday we were joined by 29 residents of Fenwick Estate on a study trip to North and East London.
We visited four estates that have undergone and are undergoing regeneration. Over the course of the day residents shared with us what they liked and didn't like about the different buildings they saw, from the balconies they liked to the materials they didn't like.
The copper cladding at Claredale Street was unpopular amongst most residents but they liked the entrances and private courtyards.
The large balconies and the colour of the brick cladding at Darbishire Place were popular with a large number of residents.
