As we hope you will remember, a few months ago residents of Knights Walk were invited to a Development Management exhibition. At this exhibition, residents were able to quiz and score the different teams competing to lead on developing and designing the scheme for your estate.
After an extensive process, which included these scores and interviews with members of your Resident Engagement Panel, we are pleased to announce the Council has appointed a consortium of companies lead by Tibbalds Campbell Reith Joint Venture. They scored the highest marks for quality in their bid and were ranked the highest by residents who interviewed them.

What happens now?
There is a lot of detailed work that needs to happen on Knights Walk before any rebuilding takes place. However, this is an important step as it means that a team of experts will now be in place to work with you to design the new homes and estate.
Housing Design Principles
Lambeth will shortly be launching 'Housing design principles for Lambeth' which will set out the ten design principles that will be met by every new home that we will build. The Council is committed to easing the housing crisis in Lambeth by building more and better homes.
