Council announces intention to appoint Mott MacDonald as the Development Management Team for Cressingham Gardens
In September, residents were invited to an exhibition to meet, quiz and score the potential development management teams competing to work with them to design and develop the new Cressingham Gardens.
After an extensive process, which included scores from the resident exhibition, officer reviews of the written bids and interviews with the Resident Engagement Panel, Mott MacDonald received the highest combined score and the council is pleased to announce their intended appointment as the development management team for Cressingham Gardens.Read more
Judicial Review: Judge finds Lambeth acted lawfully over decision to redevelop Cressingham Gardens estate
Following a judicial review hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice, a judge has dismissed a challenge to Lambeth Council over its proposals to rebuild the Cressingham Gardens estate.Read more
The High Court has agreed an order that enables the council to move forward with its plans for Cressingham Gardens. This includes contracts with the development management team (DMT), allowing secure tenants to move away and the purchasing of leasehold and freehold properties.Read more
