All feedback is anonymous. Feedback is being collected by TCC, an independent research company, who will be on the estate today and tomorrow collecting feedback from those they are yet to hear from.Read more
You might have noticed that a number of researchers have been speaking to Central Hill residents over the last few weeks, asking for their views on the future of the estate. This is part of the formal process of consulting you on our recommended option for Central Hill, which is to fully rebuild the estate.Read more
Your Independent Advisors PPCR will shortly be holding consultation workshops on the Key Guarantees offered by the council as part of the regeneration programme. Within these workshops you will also take a look at the draft tenancies and/or leases under Homes for Lambeth.Read more
Over the next few weeks there will be a number of events taking place on the estate where you can have your say on the council’s proposal to rebuild the estate. Your views will be collated and will be presented to the Council’s Cabinet before they make a formal decision.Read more
Lambeth Council’s Cabinet intend to make a decision on the future of Central Hill later this year.
Prior to any decision, there will be a formal consultation process with residents. This means your views will be considered when the Council’s Cabinet makes it decision. We will let you know the timing of this consultation shortly.
While the Council want to make this decision as soon as possible we also need to be sure we have fully considered different options, including the Architects for Social Housing proposal.Read more
